The items were taken from the Henry Moore Foundation near Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, overnight between July 10-11.
They were recovered after a BBC Crimewatch appeal.
Liam Hughes, 22, and 19-year-old Jason Parker, both of Coltsfield, Stansted, Essex, were bailed to appear at Stevenage Magistrates Court on August 3, charged with two counts of theft.
Working Model for Sundial 1965, a 22in high bronze sculpture thought to be worth £500,000, is normally situated in the gardens of Hoglands, Moore's house, located so it can be viewed from the large sitting room.
The Foundation said: "We hope that the successful outcome of this investigation will help to stimulate interest in Moore's Reclining Figure which was taken from the Foundation in 2005.
"The reward of up to £100,000 is still available for information leading to the recovery of this sculpture. The reward is subject to special conditions.
"Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
They added: "The Foundation takes the care of Henry Moore's sculptures extremely seriously and has installed heightened security measures in recent years."
