The Italian company will now trade as Minerva Auctions and is no longer related in any way to Bloomsbury Auctions in London.

However, in a letter sent out last week, chairman Stephan Ludwig told clients that Bloomsbury Auctions & Dreweatts would continue to operate in the Italian market, beginning with a three-day valuation event at the Hotel Parco dei Principi in Rome from November 23 to 26.
