Chris Hamer from the Property Ombudsman will explain the structure of the resolving disputes scheme, the approaches to resolution of disputes and issues potentially giving rise to complaint.
Liz Richards, head of legal and policy at NFOPP will discuss measures to combat money laundering, while the Office of Fair Trading and HM Revenue and Customs will be on hand to answer questions.
Nick O'Reilly, director of FRP Advisory LLP, will again be explaining the impact the economy has had on the recovery industry, while Stephen Whittaker and Geoff Whitfield from Fellows Auctioneers will be examining precious gems and metals.
