From April, as the lease expires on the premises (the Nene Enterprise Centre on Freehold Street), the Northampton Salerooms will merge with the existing Towcester Salerooms at Silverstone Business Park.
The site, which offers a coffee shop, parking and easy access from the motorway, will be renamed the Northamptonshire Auction Centre.
Jonathan Humbert told ATG the saleroom would continue the current regime of twice-monthly general sales run by Jeanette McFadden and Steve Hollowell – the first on Wednesday, April 22 at 6pm – and monthly fine art, antiques and specialist sales.
