This year’s festival of all things Eastern will now run from October 30 to November 12 in order to accommodate the full range of events taking place in that period, notably the major Japanese sales at Christie’s and Bonhams.
This year’s event will also be bigger in terms of numbers with new participants in a number areas, and it is being promoted with a short video hosted by Alvin Hall, the well-known television presenter and keen collector.
His introduction to the Asian specialist of Mayfair, St James’s and Kensington Church Street will be available on CD free of charge.
