After various managerial difficulties and a conflict of ideas regarding the direction of the company, Ms Cooper purchased the firm via her parent company Mitrix Music Ltd. She will continue to run the business with the help of her assistant Stuart Hellier.
Louise Cooper said that quality rather than quantity would be the key to the future success of Cooper Owen. There are plans for a new website, media promotions and live auctions. They are currently sorting out stock lists and deciding which consignments should remain or be returned.
Now its Cooper but no Owen
Rock and pop memorabilia auctioneers Cooper Owen are now under the sole ownership of Louise Cooper who founded the business in 2005.
