Grouped by the month in which they bloom and keyed to the legend below, they were available from Kensington nurseryman Robert Furber. One set of the original broadsheet issue of 1730, lacking the subscriber leaf and with the sheets (four of which are laid down and a few of which lack numbers in the illustrations, indicating a later issue) as well as showing sometimes extensive paper repairs and restoration, was left unsold on an estimate of £10,000-15,000 in a Sotheby's sale of November 16 (as was a much better 1734, quarto edition valued at £3000-4000), but on the same day at Christie's South Kensington, another broadsheet set of 1730 - the March plate shown right - made £15,000 (Heald).
