Of these, the most impressive is Horse at Water XVI, right, an 8ft 6in (2.60m) tall bronze of a horse's head by Nic Fiddian-Green (b. 1963), which costs £47,500 at the Sladmore Gallery in Bruton Place, Mayfair.
Having learned the skill of bronze casting at St Martin's School of Art, Fiddian-Green gained a Diploma in Advanced Lost Wax Casting and went on to establish his own foundry outside London and in Gozo.
His first show at the Sladmore in 1999 was a resounding success, with others following in 2001 and 2003.
