She has just bought some special pieces which will form the core of the show, among them an Elizabethan oak drawleaf table, a 16th century oak trestle table with a thick single plank top and a 17th century walnut cupboard with exceptional marquetry inlay.
A good mix of early English and Continental furniture is the basis of the exhibition but this is complemented by period delftware, paintings, metalware and textiles.
Prices range from around £30 for a tile to over £30,000.
Lucy’s show is open from 11am to 8pm and anyone interested is welcome but, for security reasons, she would like to know who they are. Before setting off, ring the dealer on 0207 352 0114 or 07974 149912.
