Alison, 32, has had seven years experience organising high-profile shows. She will be familiar to many readers from her most recent role when she was operations manager at the three Olympia Fine Art & Antiques Fairs, a position which involved co-ordinating delivery schedules and high-level security and working closely with the fair designer on the overall look of the event.
