Maureen is known in the fairs world not only for her regular stand at Olympia but also through her vetting of textiles at a number of events.
Lord Howe, chairman of the association, welcomed the dealer to the board saying: “I am sure Maureen Morris’s experience and expertise will be a great asset to us and I look forward to working with her.”
The appointment follows the departure of John Butterworth of Reindeer Antiques who has stepped down after 10 years.

EARLY needlework specialist Maureen Morris has been appointed to the Board of LAPADA. She joined the country’s largest dealers’ association in 1991 and is already a member of the advisory board of the Olympia Fine Art and Antique Fairs.
