Working closely with the managing director and another former Phillips man Richard Madley, his principal role will be to relaunch Hamptons’ second string rooms which closed during difficult trading times late last year.
The saleroom, that will occupy the same building in the Waitrose car park in Marlborough, is currently being revamped and should be open for business on September 1.
Haycraft to relaunch Marlborough
Planning to shortly reopen their Marlborough saleroom, Hamptons have appointed John Haycraft, formerly of Phillips and Dreweatt Neate, as senior valuer and auctioneer.
