The company, who in recent years swallowed up both the Antique Networking and Kaleden sites, have already lost their chief executive in the US, but UK managing director Mark Illingworth told the Antiques Trade Gazette that the Chapter 11 filing should make no difference to the 50 or so UK dealers currently using the site as a shop window for their stock. “On the contrary the restructuring of our debt through the Chapter 11 process has enabled us to move forward and expand our business,” he said.
