Organised by Florida-based Dolphin Promotions, this is the Midwest’s leading spring antiques event and attracts buyers from as far away as Japan.
This spring the show offers a larger than usual quota of period furniture with a strong representation of English pieces.
At the same time, at the same venue, Dolphin have a smaller show with not such an international appeal, the 7th Annual Chicago Antique Native American Art Show which showcases 50 specialist dealers from the US and Canada with a large stock of native art and artefacts from beadwork and baskets to Kachina dolls. You can get into both for just $8.
