This time Stella are looking South to Winston-Salem, North Carolina where from March 21 to 23 at the Benton Convention Center they hold the fancifully titled Beyond the Garden Gate, an Antiques & Garden Show.
Some 100 dealers will participate and we are promised some “over the top” garden displays and traditional fare like tools, seeds and dried floral arrangements alongside some imaginative antique stock like wine racks, grape scales, stone and marble statuary, birdbaths and fountains.
The show, which the organisers bill as the most exciting of its kind ever to hit the South, opens with a benefit preview for Brenner Children’s Hospital on the evening of March 20.
Combination of growing attractions
NEW York-based Stella Show Management launch a new event this spring with an antiques and gardening show, a combination which has taken off at a number of American locations and has attracted a number of English dealers.
