Much loved by designers from the East and West Coast of America, it is increasingly drawing a new private clientele with an eye for the quirky.

This month over 100 exhibitors will be standing at the fair bringing the usual mix of pieces of antique and more recent vintage that ranges from painted French furniture to sleek English and French Deco.

The fair always features a themed exhibition in the foyer of the marquee. This autumn’s display, centred around a series of striking photographs of Jazz greats such as Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington and Dizzy Gillespie, will be inspired by the Jazz Age, so expect plenty of Deco and inter-war elements like the 1930s French brass and iron table shown here. It is being brought to the fair by Sieff of Tetbury, Gloucestershire along with a selection of other pieces ranging in date from the 18th century to the 1950s.
