The floor of the antiques saleroom has been raised to mezzanine level, thereby lifting the ceiling of the general saleroom on the lower ground floor, and there is an English oak staircase running through the entire building. The first floor offices have gone hi-tech and there are new reception and viewing areas.
The owners now boast a building with a “much more modern and lighter feel”, with better heating and lighting and improved CCTV. The galleries will be open to public view from October 7. For further information, contact the galleries on 01227 763337.
