Measuring 4½in (11.5cm) high, it has a handwritten label to the foot reading Ramleh, Lawrence, Nov 1898.
Formerly in the collection of Friedrich Steffen (1919-2003) of Foundation La Coudre, Neuchatel, Switzerland, it is estimated at £2000-3000 in the auction at the Mayfair Hotel on September 6.
