Lalique but lighter on your budget

Estimated at £150-250, this Moorcroft Anemone pattern vase, 33cm high, is of baluster form, with tube-lined foliage on a graduated green to teal ground, impressed marks and blue signature to base.

Royal Doulton less damaging to funds

TSR Mctear's Doulton Glamis

This Royal Doulton Art Deco Glamis pattern tea service comprises 12 cups and 12 saucers, 12 side plates, two biscuit plates, sugar and cream bowls. McTear’s notes condition as ‘hairline to one cup, sugar bowl previously cracked and repaired’. Estimate £150-250.

Worcester well within affordability

For a bold statement try these two Royal Worcester teacup and saucer duos estimated at £100-200. Painted with fruit by David Shinnie and James Skerrett, the cups feature gilded interiors, all with printed marks.

The condition note is ‘Chip to one cup and crack following. Hairline to other cup and slim chip of loss to gilt. Surface wear to gilt throughout, in keeping with age and use. Tarnish to gilt interior of one cup.’
