The specimen 100 Fils with the serial number 0/00 000000 includes a portrait of King Faisal II as a child. It was printed by the Nasik Press in India in 1941 and given at the time to the Director-General of the Treasury of Iraq, Abraham Elkabir (1885-1973). It was being sold by one of his descendants.

The note itself was issued for only a matter of weeks and only a single low-grade example is believed to have survived.
