As the selection pictured here shows, inscribed and dated chargers, plates, drug jars and a variety of other delftware forms are featured, including three dated 17th century white-glazed English wine bottles in the front row.
These range in height from 6 to 6¾in (15-17cm). One, left, is inscribed Claret and dated 1648; a second, centre, is inscribed Sack and dated 1649 and the third, right (with a loss to the rear base edge) is inscribed Whit and dated 1643.
Each one has an estimate of $3000-4000.
