CHANGES to the hierarchy were on the agenda at the AGM of the British Antique Dealers’ Association on July 7, the most important being the appointment of Harrogate picture dealer Ian Walker as the new chairman of the association.
Kensington Oriental art dealer Richard Marchant stepped down from the chairmanship after four years.
