An end to the Welsh drought

21 May 2003Written by ATG Reporter

VETERAN organiser Donald Bayliss, who operates out of Ludlow as Continuity Fairs, reports a stunning response to his first International Antiques and Collectors Fair of Wales, which was launched at the Royal Welsh Showground at Builth Wells over the Bank Holiday weekend of May 3 and 4.

A good crowd from both Wales and the North West turned out and business was brisk – brisk enough for 90 per cent of the exhibitors to rebook for the autumn staging on October 11 and 12.

Mr Bayliss puts this success down to the district being starved of any antiques fair of note for many years.
