Among the works on offer will be this late Meiji era bronze and wood group by Udagawa Kazuo (active 1900-10).
The group is in the naturalistic style of the Tokyo School and depicts a mother and child in patinated bronze, the former resting on a wood bench while breastfeeding and eating from a bento box using, now missing, chopsticks.
The 2ft 1in (64cm) high group, which is marked Udagawa Kazuo sei, has a provenance to an old private collection from Western Switzerland.
