Top Gear, X Factor and now Sherlock: All beaten by the Antiques Roadshow

The first Antiques Roadshow in a new series, filmed at Tewkesbury Abbey and broadcast on Sunday, reached 6.4m viewers. It has beaten BBC drama Sherlock in the Sunday primetime slot which managed 6m according to overnight rating figures.
