On the same day Sotheby’s offered a catalogue of property from nine different country houses in Billingshurst, which totalled just over £2m (including premium) while on September 13 Christie’s South Kensington sold the property from the estate of the late Sir Edward Stephen Lycett Green Bt. at Ken Hill, Snettisham in Norfolk for £1.53m (including premium).
