Battersea Decorative Fair

The Battersea Decorative Fair was established in 1985. There are three major events held annually including a Winter fair in January, a Spring event in April and an Autumn fair in September.

The fair showcases a wide range of items including 20th century design and antique decorative art. Since 1997, the event has been held in Battersea Park.

Autumn Battersea fair puts the focus on Japonism

Japonisme, western art inspired by Japanese art and design, is the theme of the next Decorative Antiques and Textiles Fair in London’s Battersea. At the event, which runs from October 2-7, a showcase in the foyer focuses on pieces that reflect the influence of Japanese design on European interiors.
