We seek an energetic Managing Director, whose role will be to:

• Develop effective marketing initiatives, partnerships and possible revenue streams
• Drive expansion of BADA by increasing relevant membership benefits
• Propose new initiatives, as well as develop those agreed by the BADA Council
• Run member events including BADA Week and the BADA Art Prize, whilst exploring future possible event opportunities
• Develop public relations and marketing activities
• Sensitively adapt the respected concept of BADA membership in a changing marketplace
• Lead all day to day operations in accordance with agreed direction and policies

The successful candidate will have:
• Significant hands-on commercial and marketing experience with a good understanding of our sector
• Strong communications skills, with flair and vision to successfully deliver BADA initiatives
• An understanding of social and digital media
• A willingness and ability to be involved in all aspects of the BADA London office
