Those who think they know a thing or two about antiques can put their knowledge to the test by answering questions on their iPhone about an object's provenance, date, use and creator.
Free to download from iTunes, users can select from four specialist categories: furniture & clocks, ceramics & glass, fine art and silver & jewellery, with all of the 500 questions illustrated with a photograph of an object from a LAPADA dealer. LAPADA members will constantly refresh the Quiz app by adding further questions relating to their new stock.
There are three tiers of difficulty: beginners, intermediate and expert level and all scores are posted on an online scoreboard allowing enthusiasts to compare their expertise.
