A 1950 ‘Eagle’ No 1 promotional issue is the highlight at Comic Book Auctions’ designated catalogue sale which closes on September 4.
In exceptional condition, the eight-page,
full-colour comic is one of only a handful known to exist and
differs from the print run of Eagle No 1, containing no Dan
Dare Pilot of the Future header and displaying a
different date of 21 April, 1950.
