A familiar face from antiques television programmes such as Flog It!, Mr Partridge already has one successful auction room near Macclesfield in Cheshire, which has been trading for over two years and was runner-up to Christie's at the ATG Media-sponsored Online Auctioneer of the Year awards.
Now he is taking over The Liverpool Auction Rooms, which will be run under the name Partridge & Bray, with local man Nick Bray at the helm. He has worked in the auction business for 15 years.
Mr Partridge already has experience of the Liverpool scene, acting as auctioneer for local firm Venmores at their property auctions held at Hilton, Liverpool One.
