The brief statement to ATG reads: “I am working closely with David Mellor and Christopher Jemmett, and am in discussions with my lawyers that will lead to me issuing proceedings shortly against the former owners of Partridge to recover the substantial sums of money I and other investors have lost as a result of the representations given when we acquired the company in 2006”.
Law joins fight against former Partridge owners
