MARK Law, the former chairman of Partridge Fine Art, has issued a statement confirming his intent to sue the previous owners of the Bond Street dealership for the money he has laid out for the purchase of the firm since 2005.
The brief statement to ATG reads: “I am working closely with David Mellor and Christopher Jemmett, and am in discussions with my lawyers that will lead to me issuing proceedings shortly against the former owners of Partridge to recover the substantial sums of money I and other investors have lost as a result of the representations given when we acquired the company in 2006”.
