The pub, situated directly opposite the Robert Thomson workshop where the traditional oak furniture is still produced, is well known to aficionados for its array of Mouseman furnishings.
Much of it is pre-War material in burr oak that has acquired an exceptional patina and colour through regular use.
Of the ten items taken (curiously some meat was also stolen from the fridge) eight are four-legged stools and two are three-legged.
A reward is being offered for their return subject to the usual conditions.
