This is the fifth year of the ceramics fair and, once again, it will host 40 specialist dealers in ceramics, glass and enamels, some 15 of them from England.

Jonathan Horne, Garry Atkins and John Howard are among the English dealers participating and they, like many other English pottery specialists, already have a strong American client base.

The exhibitors will not be the only English dealers in town as, to coincide with the fair, the New York auction houses mount ceramics sales which will undoubtedly tempt many a Limey Stateside. At the fair, commerce will be accompanied by culture in the form of an extensive series of lectures. The show is put together by California-based promoters Caskey-Lees and admission is $15.
